rub for pulled pork
Howdy Folks!! I got a few questions about smoking a Boston Butt for pulled pork sammies. I did one of these a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty good. I was not happy with the rub I used. Hello all FELLOW SMOKERS!!! Just got MEB electric smoker from my wife as a Christmas present. Tentatively did a 8 lb brisket for my first attempt. OMG!! I think I gained 5 lbs in one day. Can't wait to talk with some of you experts and get ideas. Trying baby back ribs for my parents tomorrow...
