    Started Curing approximately 40 pounds of bellies this weekend and playing with the grand kids. We did black pepper,, white pepper, garlic, Chipotle and plain.,, This will be cold smoked in about 2 to 3 weeks with apple and cherry pellets.

    15lb LEM Stuffer New style

    Well after having the the New style 5lb Lem stuffer I was so impressed I bought the 15lb when they had it on sale last week. Can't wait to use it,,, But I need to find a 3/8" snack tube for it,,, the tubes for the 5lber won't work on this one. I am trying to post pics just hang with me on that part.

    Can anyone help me out why my 22mm collagen casings from Butcher packer is doing this?? they are a little tougher and the shrinkage is really different.
