I just picked up some really nice beef ribs yesterday.
Normally i get racks from Jetro and then do a non spicy rub on them in the morning take out of fridge about 11am and then put on to smoke on trager with Amazen Pallet smoker tube as well until 6 - 7pm or until as cooked as liked.
