    First Smoke!

    Did my first smoke this past weekend using my GOSM Widebody.  Wanted to start small so I tried some Bacon wrapped chix breats and some wings.

    Hello from Long Island NY

    Originally from upstate NY.  Moved to Long Island in '95.  Just getting started with smoking.  Purchased a Landmann 34" vertical gas smoker.  Got it all set up and will be starting my first smoke this weekend.  Wish me luck!
