    The best thing in the world I grill is simple: 2 red peppers 2 yellow peppers 1 sweet onion (1015 works best) 1 tablespoon of garlic 1 8 oz. pack fresh sliced mushrooms Just toss it all in EVOO and stick it in your wok, and grill it. I tend to drizzle it with EVOO every now and again...

    Lump Charcoal question

    Watch the stuff you get from south of the border. My FIL did find some molding in a bag of his. I get our regional grocery chain brand ( we have mesquite, mesquite, and....mesquite) which works good.

    Anyone ever tried asparagus?

    We mix it with EVOO and then use the packets of dry Italian Seasoning mix. Grill it until it just bends (about 15 minutes). I learned the first time to use my grill pan.
