Some advice and a little ingenuity.....

Hey all, I bought a Superior SS1 a while back and a 5x8 trailer to haul it to comps.  Ran into a challenge.  While my competition brethren are patient in helping me load and unload 650lbs of smoking power, when I get home I have a tough time recruiting help to unload and load again.  Thinking...

ADVICE: Need a new grill - Weber vs. Char-Griller

Sorry to say, I had the same problem, so I just bought both a Weber and a Char-Griller.  Each has it's own function, takes up a little more space, but I actually use the Weber as a portable for tailgating as well.

Great Beginner Smoker - Orlando FL area

Hi, I have a MSM06ALP Smoker for sale, in great shape, makes very pretty BBQ. 3 racks, two tinder boxes, constant heat. Runs on propane and wood, chips required for the tinder boxes, also has an internal water pan to keep things nice and moist during the smoking process. Includes a cover. Reply...

Looking for parts or a good engineer.....

I'm looking for replacement parts, Sam's manufactured my smoker under the Members Mark brand, trying to track down a parts house or some way to get to the manufacturer for Sam's to find parts.  I have a Sam's membership.  ;)  Thanks for your reply.

Looking for parts or a good engineer.....

Hi! I bought a used Sam's Club MSM06ALP propane smoker around Christmas time. Works great, but there's some things that need to be replaced, and I'll be dipped if I can find any. Anyone know of a contact with Member's Mark or Sam's that might be able to assist?

    Husker in Florida....

Hi all, decided to take a stab at competitive BBQ under the urging of a friend.  We both miss Kansas City BBQ, and his food has always provided the satisfaction for the cravings, and I took up smoking meat myself about 9 years ago since it's far and between finding good BBQ off the street.  So...
