Got bored, had paint
I finished my UDS a few weeks ago, and as I cooked with it and read the forum I found additions that needed added. So I filled some bolt holes in the lid with heat RTV, added some carry handles, a 1 inch vent and cap in the back, and did some more bending and grinding on my grates for a better...- mmmmeat

cant beat it
I just built a uds and had zero knowledge on how to use it. I took the courses and even bought the sauce and rub recipe. I did a late night smoke of a rack of ribs, and being totally honest with you, it was the best I've ever had. I changed the recipe a little, and will a bit more next time...- mmmmeat
