    I have the same rack and corer as mentioned above. I still prefer boat style also. But, core them with the tool, then cut them in half. Still faster than scraping two different halves.

    It tasted great! Since we are doing Weight Watcher's, this is a little better than some of the other smokes I have done. It is still not really low in calories, but it is better than a fattie!
