    Injected with a 2:1 mixture of Frank's Wing sauce and jalapeno butter marinade. Remaining marinade drizzled on top and coated in old Bay seasoning. On the MB XL Propane at 275ish. Looking forward to these!

    I overcooked them a bit for my taste, 6 hours at 235. However, they were excellent. I'm hooked on smoking! Next weekend, a few full chickens!

    These look excellent, Al. I am new to this way of cooking and a long time griller. Set up my MB 40" propane this week and currently have 3 racks of spare ribs in it done this way. I'm usually a sauce type of guy, so I'm hoping they're as good as yours look!

    Hello all. Received a MB 40" for Christmas this past year. Just recently set it up as the weather here in Northwest Indiana finally (somewhat) broke. Seasoned it yesterday and am 4 hours into smoking for the first time! 3 racks of short ribs. Uncut, which I'm happy about with this smoker...
