Injected with a 2:1 mixture of Frank's Wing sauce and jalapeno butter marinade.
Remaining marinade drizzled on top and coated in old Bay seasoning.

I am new to this way of cooking and a long time griller. Set up my MB 40" propane this week and currently have 3 racks of spare ribs in it done this way.
I'm usually a sauce type of guy, so I'm hoping they're as good as yours look!

Received a MB 40" for Christmas this past year. Just recently set it up as the weather here in Northwest Indiana finally (somewhat) broke. Seasoned it yesterday and am 4 hours into smoking for the first time!
