Seasoned a corned beef point to make pastrami after soaking it overnight to remove some of the salt.
Made a batch of chorizo armadillo eggs for lunch. And a apple pie for dessert.
Will be making reubens out of the pastrami tomorrow.
Had intentions of making smoked sausage today. Long story short I forgot to get the sausage casings at the store yesterday. So ended up smoking it for pulled pork. I had planned on having ribs today. So had a good excuse to get both Traeger’s going today.
