    Todays Beef Short Ribs

    I melted 1/2 a stick of butter added some worchestershire and garlic powder in a pan. I rub some on the ribs and then coated with rub. After two hours I mopped them down with the butter mix every hour. And here they are 5 hours later. Click on the pics.........they get bigger. LOL

    My Thanksgiving Turkey

    Got up today at 4:45am and started our smoker, got it up to 325 loaded it with cherry wood and a 12lb. turkey. At 6:30 I sprayed with apple juice and at 8:30 it was done.
