I use an MES and I'm up here in bitter cold New Hampshire. I did a smoke last weekend (see my "First Fatties" post) and the temp was about 25 degrees, give or take. The MES held up just fine. Took *slightly* longer to get up to temp, but it maintained better than I ever expected...
Well, the snow just started about 15 minutes ago and it's coming down at quite a clip. We're forecast for about an inch per hour for the next 10 hours. Gonna' be a long, cold day here! Anyone else getting snowed in yet?
