    Having some trouble with my brisket!

    Hi Folks, Looking for any advice you might have. I'm in the middle of cooking a 3.6lb brisket on my Broil King Keg.  I'm 5 hours into it now and the internal temp is reading 70 degrees (have 2 probes, both reading within 1 degree of each other). It's been sitting at 70 degrees for about 3.5...
