Anyone have a killer fish dip recipe?
Wife loves fish dip and for some reason I couldnt really find a recipe that showed me how hot and long to smoke the fish. I've never smoked fish so any tips are welcome. Thanks for the help! -
First attempt
Finally got a smoker and decided a conrish hen seemed like the easiest thing to first smoke. Had a couple of hiccups but In the end I felt like it turned out really good. I'm definitely addicted to smoking now lol -
Issue with dual probes
Bought a ivation dual meat probe. Put both probes in boiling water and they both reached 216. Not a problem I'm at sea level so always minus 4. My real issue is I set both probes on the top rack and they both read different temps. Right now one say 246 and the other is 280. Is this just because...- chapm87
