    Hey all just wondering if anyone has a dyna glo smoker and experiences temp being too high when doing the minion method? I'm having trouble keeping it below 275? Never had a problem lighting the regular way but am trying to get a longer burn? Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hello all

    Name is Tommy and I live in Wisconsin- been smoking meat for about a year now I have a brinkman smoker and more recently got a dyna glo side stack smoker big fan of the process here and absolutely love the results. MEAT GOOD!
