    13.5 hour mark. Small one is at 197. Bigger one is running about 10 degrees less.

    Seasoning mix and 2 hours in. Using a brown sugar base for the rub. Apple and cherry chips mixed for the smoke. Spritzing with Apple cider vinegar every so often. Put them on at 6 PM and shooting to be done sometime by lunch on Memorial Day.

    First time poster. Been smoking on my Masterbuilt Electric and Weber Kettle 22. This chicken was from last weekend. Took right at 5.5 hours at 240 temp.
