    My mother wants me to make kielbasa sausage for her. I know she doesn't like the taste of smoked foods, is there a way to slowcook/cook the sausage without smoking it?

    I have everything always used the recipes from the website hear. This last weekend I did 2 maple chickens and a corned beef brisket. I was bringing the chicken in on the pan and told my wife to wait for them to cool a bit. Before I finished saying that she was picking at one with a fork.

    I was looking at places that sold wood chunks and found one that had 2 prices one for with bark and one without bark. Is it worth paying more without bark? The website is charcoalstore.com
