    Hello all. I'm from Central Illinois and have smoked off and on over the years using either a WSM or BGE. I'm ready to move on. Been looking at Gator Pits and Peoria Custom Cookers Backyard Cooker. Wish I would have joined sooner to catch ambucher's sale of his PCC.
