    new smoker suggestion

    I just got a new MES 30 and I am planning on seasoning it tomorrow. My question to the group is what do you suggest as my first smoke? IE... boston butt, spare ribs or brisket?  I am looking for the easiest thing so I can gain some confidence right out of the gate since I have never smoked...
