    I live in New Hampshire.  As a retiree I have every day to play with my smokers and BBQs.  Currently I have a Traeger Lil Tex with cold smoker attached, a charcoal grill, a propane grill, my baby, a Master Built propane smoke box, and an Excalibur food dehydrator.  Just vacuum-packed 10 pounds...
