    Upcoming Grocery Sales

Hannaford Chain in New England (Food Lion in the South) has Boston Butts for $0.99 per pound starting tomorrow Sunday 4/28 - 5/4/2024. They had them at that price a couple of weeks ago and I did 3, 12 pounders in my MES 40, pulled at 205, like butter.

I know several of you have messed up spines as well.

At age 38 (68 now) auto immune hemolytic anemia brought me within 2-3 hrs of dying and I was put on 100 mg of Prednisone for 6 months this led to me developing epidermal lipomatosis which is an accumulation of fatty material in the spine and as I have aged the compressive affect combined with...

    Grill Part Question/Weber

    Huy Fong Sriracha

The chili garlic is one of my favorites. I have substituted Trader Joe's Italian Bomba Sauce, it's fermented Calabrian Chilis. VERY addicting.

    Bypassing the Factory Controller

The foam insulation would likely melt, that is why they used a upper limit safety switch set at 300 degrees. If you can swap it for the analog version you can run that type higher as it is uninsulated.
