I have a 1.75lb top blade roast going in a 30" Masterbuilt.
I have found a few threads asking for temp ideas, but I'm new to this and still figuring out my smoker.
Can anyone suggest what temp and time settings I should use on my masterbuilt?
New to the scene.
I have a 30" Masterbuilt. Only used it a couple of times, so I'm still experimenting, but everything has turned out awesome so far.
