    First post butts and ribs!

    Hey guys, First time posting on here but I lurk daily. I thought I would share my cook today. I picked up a couple of Boston butts and a 3 pack of ribs last night at SAMs and Put them on my backwoods smoker at about 275. Ill keep posting pics as it continues

    I need advise on a new purchase

    I have the backwoods party with wheels and xl Fire box and I absolutely love it and I don't even use my guru it keeps the temps so well takes alittle bit to get use too though

    Taking it to the next level... Smoker Graduation.

    I was in the same boat not to long ago and wanted a smoker I could put meat on and leave it all night and not worry bout it losing temp and hold the same temp all night long and also ease of loading and unloading meat so I bought a back woods party and I absolutely love it
