Haven’t posted in a while been a busy winter, but thanks to all who have!We used kits from Cabelas, moose killed this last fall, we didn’t smoke it, but we will next time! Turned out pretty good I will get better!
Been reading alot! Smoked pork ribs turned out ok (a little too done) the a london broil (again a little too done) but I am getting there! Thanks for all the tips!
Two chickens turn out pretty good! Smoked for about 4 1/2 hours very juicy! Just bought a Master Forge propane smoker, worked well very happy with it so far!
I'll try some ribs or salmon next (depending on the run)!
