Thats a great cart you picked up at a yard sale and i notice the coolers ... I also use a cooler to " rest" cooks rapped in a blanket .
I just picked up a Flame Boss 200 and I was hopeing to install it on the stick burner before thanksgiving but as usual im running out of time ...:)

It sounds like you torch the grill and cook chamber right after lighting the fire box.. I never thought to do that but what a great idea to help bring cook chamber up to temp and maybe a little sterilizing at the same time ....

Just received the flame boss 200 wifi in the mail and am going to install it on my offset smoker...
Not sure if i should place it on the butterfly vent side of the fire box or the CC side...
Read once that if placed on the vent side that it would blow ash into and on food in the cook chamber...
Hope this doesn't offend anyone but a good friend of mine stopped by and asked where i got the name for the side of my prep cart . I told him it was a name I use on a smoking meat forum I belong to...... he said "oh I thought it was the name of one of my favorite movies"....

The wagon wheels are just for looks ( they are about an inch off the deck) . I have legs and a wheel in front sort of like a wheel barrel ...
