    New Smoker

    Hello,  I am Todd Sharpe from Cleveland, TN.  I just purchased a Masterbuilt XL propane smoker.  It is seasoned and ready for a weekend of smoking.  I am new to the "sport" but have several friends that have beem at it a while.  Look forward to getting good advice and tips.
