First attempt after looking at so many others on here tackle a meatloaf. All I can say about it is WOW! Deer venison, onion, sweet pepper rings, eggs, bread crumbs cowboy rub and sweet baby rays! It was amazing to say the least.
I'm going to be smoking 4 beef briskets and 4 pork tenderloins. What do you think is the best way to tackle this? Should I start the briskets and then put the loins in a few hours before briskets R done?
