Where do you park your smoker?
I'm in SW Ontario, so it's not as bad as I make it sound, but we do get enough snow that I cant leave it uncovered, and a tarp isn't very neighbour friendly in town. I am thinking a half walled carport would do the trick, my shed is already wood, and I would pull it out to cook, so the Metal...- sods

I think that Garage is bigger than my house! Yeah, a bit more than I need, but very impressive. We moved into town 20 years ago, If I was still on the farm, I would have plenty of places to tuck it.- sods

Thanks for the excellent replies. I got the trailer back, and started out with ribwizzard'a suggestion, so I made cardboard template to match the radius, then I lined it up with the door and had a WTF moment. The template was bang on, indicating that door was perfect curvature. I pondered it...- sods

So, our door sprung, as we had expected, being only 1/8" thick steel tank. We used 1/4" strap for the flange to give it some more rigidity. We were able to clamp it to bend back most of the spring. My First Build - 120 Gallon on a trailer
Looking Good! I have a very similar size Trailer and am wondering what you are doing about tail lights and Wiring? I plan to mount mine just like yours and the Firebox sits essentially on the one light, which I assume is going to melt after 1-2 cooks.- sods
