The heat level on the wing sauce is just hot enough that when you are finished eating
your lips tingle for a minute or two afterwards. Its really pretty mild but the taste is very
good. My wife eats a spoonful of it everytime I use it. But we have been eating hot stuff

We bought my new smoker from Cabela's a couple weeks ago. It was on sale for $119.
I have smoked rope sausage, fish, chicken and yesterday baby back ribs. It has worked
great so far. I used my Ready Chek Thermometer with the ribs and my units thermometer
ran pretty consistent with my Redy Chek.
