    The heat level on the wing sauce is just hot enough that when you are finished eating your lips tingle for a minute or two afterwards. Its really pretty mild but the taste is very good. My wife eats a spoonful of it everytime I use it. But we have been eating hot stuff for years.  Kermit

    Using rubs on chicken.

    When using a really good rub on chicken is it okay to skin the chicken? Will the rub stay put on the chicken like it does on ribs?Thanks Kermit

    Masterbuilt 30" Electric Smoker

    We bought my new smoker from Cabela's a couple weeks ago. It was on sale for $119. I have smoked rope sausage, fish, chicken and yesterday baby back ribs. It has worked great so far. I used my Ready Chek Thermometer with the ribs and my units thermometer  ran pretty consistent with my Redy Chek.
