After finally surviving a 2 day hangover, i just came back here and wow!! I must have hit a common nerve. I have to say that i love the colorful humor that is being thrown around. Great antics!! So far, the cops have never been called, the fire dept. hasnt been notified, and my attempt to offer...
I agree with the try nicely approach whole heartedly. Apparently his wife is vegetarian and cant stand the smell of an animal cooking. At that point i had to just walk away. 10 million years of evolution cant be wrong. MEAT ...its whats for dinner.:PDT_ Armataz_01_42:
After a long break from the smoking world, i am back! And ready to smoke away. Currently there is a flat iron roast in my reverse flow homebuilt. But thats not why i am here today... My question is about neighbors. We all have them and unless your neighbor is an avid smoker, or you are lucky...
Man, i love me some jack and coke!! Congratulations on the bid!! I recently had a stroke of luck as well. Landing the contract for a new Dicks sporting goods store, a walgreens, two v.a. hospitals, and a college dorm. It seems as if the gods are smiling on those who need it right now!! Again...

Personally, i dont understand why you didnt start drinking when you started your smoke!! Isnt that the point of pulling an all nighter 18 hour smokeathon??? Im usually drunk by 8 in the morning and hung over before the meat comes off the smoker. (by the way,... EXCELLENT choice in beers!!!)
I too purchased whole tenderloin for around $4 a lb. and was not happy with what i got. I actually viewed these for several months (they are that price everyday at one local store) before i decided to purchase one. I will definitely fork out the extra dough for a better piece of meat.
I love me a good tri tip! And so far, there have been a lot of great recommendations posted. I would like to offer up my favorite recipe. You can find it here.

The local restaurant supply store here will sell to anybody who walks in. The only difference is, if you are a member, you dont pay sales tax. And as far as ive been able to tell, they just ask you at checkout. Ive never seen anyone provide a card.
Even if you tried to regulate your flow with the valve on the tank, the job of the regulator controls your flow amount. If you just barely turned on the tank, the regulator would still do its job. In order to have control you need a valve after the regulator to adjust flow.
I too get it for $2 a 5 oz. bottle. And at that price, its about $9 cheaper per gallon to buy it in individual bottles. And probably easier to pour too. Im curious to see what you come up with for a recipe. Keep us updated!!
