Can I smoke baby back ribs at a higher temp to meet my deadline for dinner?

Hey fellow smokers, sorry I didn't get any pics of the final product! The crowd dived into the ribs before I had a chance to take a pic! They turned out wonderfully! Falling off the bone, which I don't think is really perfect, but anyway, very tender and tasty. 2 hours in the smoke, 1hour 45...

Great Outdoors, Smoky Mountain Series Propane smoker

Well, You are right, there is a lot to learn and respect in doing Q the traditional way, long, slow, and using the original tried and true methods! Why is Franklin BBQ in austin so good?

As with all great restaurants, Franklins success is in the consistency of their craft! McDonalds is not the best burger in the word, however their food always taste the same!

    FIRST PORK CROWN ROAST

Followed Jeff' recipe and it turned out perfectly! Everyone really enjoyed it! My sauce made by Jeff's recipe and modified to suit our taste went to England from Texas after I won a small competition against 16 competitors! One of the judges took a quart home to England for the holidays. This...
