    Offset smoker with vertical and horizontal smoking chamber

    I'm curious how some of the posters use the vertical/upright box on their cooker that has both a horizontal and vertical cooking chamber. How much cooler does the vertical run vs the horizontal chamber? With tuning plates is it possible to get them to run the same temp? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your comments. I like the PCC craftsmanship and I think the backyard model is suitable for the majority of my cooking, just trying to figure out if I want something bigger for those few times.
