    The ribs turned out wonderful...however, I'm having to learn my smoker...it burns hotter than the temp I set it. I can make adjustments for that next time.

    First Smoker......fixin' my first ribs tomorrow. Amazing forum & website. Am looking forward to trying the recipes. Have appreciated the reviews and tips on the smoker I bought. Will let  you know how they turn out
