    chip box

    the chip box in the masterbuilt 30 in has a lid on it.  does anyone leave it closed or open?  I would think closing it would be contradictory?/  thoughts??

    new to the forum

    hello all...Just recently got a electric smoker after using a cheap ole charcoal smoker for the last year.  Just joined to try and learn some new techniques and pick up/share some recepies along the way!
