    First time for everything. I debone the pigs head and stuffed it with thin sliced red potatoes and home made pork sausage. Smoking it at 250 with cherry. I'll share some finished pics later tonight

    looking for some suggestions on pigs head.

    A friend of mine is a butcher and he decided to lay down a challenge so to speak and asked if I could smoke a pigs head for him. I'm thinking it really shouldn't be all the different then other large pieces of pork, but none the less any tips,tricks, or ideas would be helpful. Thanks

    Well since I have always liked the the easiest solutions. It might be a pain in the butt but try to set a thin washer in beside your wires. That will stop the door from pinching
