    Tried it today with some Top Round with about 30 mins of Cherry smoke, pretty disappointed in the flavor.

    Would like to make some Indian candy AKA squaw candy. Anyone have a recipe that uses maple syrup? watched this video and liked it, but would like to scale it down. Since I don't have much fish to smoke.  Thanks
