    Complete newbie from Finger Lakes region of New York State

    Recently picked up a MES 30 and have just begun.  So far, pork ribs and chicken.  Ribs were not as good as I hoped, chicken was awesome.  Got a lot to learn and look forward to using your knowledge - so thanks in advance.  Mike
