There are 2 recipes; regular Jeff's and TX which is hotter. I love the regular. You can always back off the heat to your liking, but my wife does not like anything hotter than ketchup and she is fine with it.
You can see how they are perfectly cooked. I bet it tastes great. Just curious, did you grind, stuff, smoke in same day or was it a 2 day project as I would imagine?

I agree Disco. I feel it's important to have good organizations, like 4-H, to present facts about our food production, good and bad, and have an open debate. I don't care for organizations taking partial information to form their opinions.

Wow, looks like an awesome cooker. I heard they get hot but 700 in the snow is powerful. You should be able to make some incredible pizza at that temp. Congrats on your new rig.
