    Hi again Jimmy, Big favor. Per doctor's orders, I have to replace all sugars (agave, molasses, syrups, honey, etc.) and cut down on carbs and fat. Assuming I can trim all the fat from the pork, how do you suggest that I modify the recipe? Thanks!
