I was asked to put my new WSM 22.5 to good use and make pulled pork for a graduation party of at least 50ppl. (They can't get enough of the stuff) I'm uncertain as to how many Boston Butts I'm going to need for that amount of people. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connoisseur I'm confused if that was an answer or a question!? I only have one day in Texas and in my opinion nothing is worse than being disappointed with new BBQ. My short dining time in Memphis was greatly enhanced when the locals recommended the BBQ spots that they went to. I'm hoping for...
I'm going to have a full day layover in Houston Texas and want some good, authentic Texas BBQ. Not from a chain but from a mom and pop BBQ pit that only uses long slow all stick fire smoke. I'm looking for the place that the locals go to. I appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.
