I want to make a breakfast fattie for my camping trip this weekend (scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese). I just want to prep it and then smoke it when I get there. Can I cook the eggs first them wrap it all up and then smoke it a couple days later?

I was planning on smoking Alaskan cod fillets and I have searched on tips and I think from what I understand it's recommended to cold smoke but I was planning to hot smoke them. Am I able to do this or is cold smoking the way to go?

I am gonna smoke a couple of 3lb boneless turkeys, a 3lb tri tip, and a 10lb ham at same time. I am using a regular old brinkmann charcoal smoker or "ECB" I imagine I would have to pu the ham in first but what I'm trying to figure out is would it be better to put it on the top rack and the rest...

I bought a turkey and want to brine it but it says something like 8% water and salt added. Can I still brine it. Don't want to much salt. But still want all the other stuff I am throwing in the brine too
