    I do a 55# lamb every year.  Here's how it's done 1) if you want rub some lemon juice inside the lamb 2) olive oil and garlic salt on the outside 3) if you can find squeeze Parkay, use that to base every hour or so 4) make sure lamb is secured to the spit 5) 55# lamb takes 5-6 hours...
