    Kransky recipe needed

    Hey all, I'm looking for a good robust Kransky recipe that I can smoke in the Weber, UDS and Hark? I will add cheese and of course chilli as I go. Any ideas of favourite woods for the smoke as well. Thanks in advance. Lucky
