Agh! Now I am really considering returning the smoker (hopefully it won't cost a mint to send back) and buying the Weber if the Brinkmann really doesn't work very well. I just want to set it and forget it and play some cornhole & have some beer. LOL I don't think I can afford anything bigger...- kellynh
