First 120 gallon smoker build
On my build I took and had everything planned and had door laid out on cc. Marked where I wanted my hinges. Went ahead and speedy cut those areas then welded hinges on which ensures that door won't shift any when you finish cutting. I did all the work myself so it didn't cost me anything. I have a total of about $80 in it. Only had to buy small things like casters and temp gauges. If you have the material and know someone that works at a fab shop you can probably get it done free. Or could possibly go to a shop and pay one...- justinwatson88

It cooked great. At least I thought so. I'm a newbie and that was my first smoker and smoke so I could be wrong. I cooked ribs and butt and was able to keep constant temp of 225 with little fluctuation and there was only about a 5 or maybe 10 tops degree difference in temp from one Side to the...- justinwatson88
