    Wichita Chief! I can give you a good review on using the Oklahoma Joe Longhorn smoker.  I recently purchased an temp controller that was very affordable, compared to the rest of the market, and i was able to upgrade with a 50 CFM fan.  I am not a spoke's person or am i trying to promote this...
