    Made it today. Came out pretty good. I used the chop burner and it worked out ok. I will be getting an AMNPS. Ready for smoker Pulled after 8 hrs. Ready to eat!

    I'm going to give this a try this weekend. Picked up a 4.3lb chuck. Hopefully all goes well. I'll be throwing it in my MES 30. Don't have an AMNS so should it be ok with the chips on the stock burner?

    I must say it came out great! Thanks for all the input. It ended up taking about 12 1/2 hrs.
