    Thanks they turned out really good. I even got my 12 yr old to finally try them and he ate almost half a rack himself. He used to turn his nose up at ribs. I would always be like what the matter with you? You have no idea what you missing. 🤣🤣🤣 He goes nuts on the brisket when I do those tho.
