    I dont blame you friend.  I'm smoking a boston butt we have from a butchered home-grown pig.  Its my first BB so we will see how this dude turns out.  I hope the move went good and the 4th aint far!! Celebration by smokin!

    I ended up tossing them in the oven for about 25 more mins.  No harm no foul though, still got the excellent smoke flavor.  Went with apple chips on these, yet I wish I had used the pecan chunks I picked up yesterday.

    First attempt at smoking wings. Prepped the smoker and raised the temp up to 350. Didn't brine the wings, I just applied some salt a few hours prior to smoking and then applied a new mix of rub I concocted specifically for chicken about 30 mins before going on to smoke.
