    First time BBQ with charcoal

    This is my second attempt with roasting. It is a 2kg Pork Butt with the same rub but no smoke this time. First time the kids have scuffed the lot. Cooked it at 100C for 6 hours, tried doing some vege as well but it just wouldn't cook, left them in for nearly three hours.
